Ordering and Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders will be process and shipped on Monday. Holiday orders will be processes and shipped the next business day. You will recieve an email confirmation that your order has been recieved and a second email confirmation showing date of shippment and a FEDEX tracking number or a USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery number.

Autism Community Store is currently shipping only to the United States and its possessions.

SALES TAX

Colorado sales tax will be applied on sales to Colorado addresses. Denver and Denver RTD sales tax will be applied on sales where applicable.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

USPS MAIL Most orders under one (1) pound will be sent USPS First Class Mail for $5.95. Orders over one pound will be sent by FEDEX Ground unless expedited service is requested.

FedEx Ground: $6.95 for the first pound plus $.50 per additional pound. Usually delivers in 1-5 business days. This service is completely trackable and not as affected by volume or season as USPS.

FedEx 2day Air: $15.95 for the first pound plus $1.50 per additional pound. Usually delivers by 4:30pm the second business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight: $29.95 for the first pound plus $3.00 per additional pound. Usually delivers by 3:00pm the next business day.

FEDEX SHIPPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND US POSSESSIONS ARE HIGHER THAN THOSE SHOW ABOVE. PLEASE CONTACT AUTISM COMMUNITY STORE FOR EXACT COSTS.
