Ordering and Shipping
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders will ship the following business day. You will recieve an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number.

We accept the following credit and debit cards, you are welcome to mail us a personal check or money order.

WHERE WE SHIP
The Autism Community Store will do its best to ship our products to anyone who needs them, wherever they live. For international orders, please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping information. Please note that any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
USPS MAIL Most orders under one (1) pound will be sent USPS First Class Mail for $5.95. Orders over one pound will be sent by FEDEX Ground unless expedited service is requested.
FedEx Ground: $7.95 for the first pound plus $.50 per additional pound. Delivers in 3-5 business days. This service is trackable.
FedEx 2day Air: $19.95 for the first pound plus $1.50 per additional pound. Delivers by 5:30pm the second business day.
FedEx Standard Overnight: $39.95 for the first pound plus $3.00 per additional pound. Delivers by 5:30pm the next business day.
FEDEX SHIPPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND US POSSESSIONS ARE MORE COSTLY THAN THOSE SHOWN ABOVE. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
We want to make sure your products reach you! Orders shipped to schools, clinics and multi-unit residences will be shipped with a signature requirement. If you do not want your order shipped with a signature required, please note this in the comment box when you place your order.
SALES TAX
Colorado sales tax will be applied on sales to Colorado addresses. Denver and Denver RTD sales tax will be applied on sales where applicable.
