Almond Muffins 1 c. almond flour (ground raw almonds) 2 T. ground flax seeds 2 T. ground pumpkin seeds (shelled) 1 T. stevia 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs, lightly beaten Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs. Pour batter into muffin tins. Bake at 350 approx 15mns until light golden and slightly firm to touch. Get creative with this recipe, it adapts very well!
