If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason Autism Community Store (ACS) offers replacement or full refund of purchase price, if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer, the information can be found on the manufacturers web site or on the warranty or guarantee paperwork included with each item. When you receive your order please read these carefully as each item has a period of time and conditions for which they apply.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and must be accompanied by your invoice. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is the result of our error.

Each manufacturer includes its own warranty or guarantee for each item. When you receive your order please read these carefully as each item has a period of time and conditions for which they apply.

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipment or defective, you must notify ACS immediately at 1-866-709-4344 or support@autismcommunitystore.com for instructions on handling its return. A replacement will be sent or credit issued as soon as the item is returned.

ACS reserves the right to refuse any orders for whatever reason. The brand names, logos and trademarks are the property of each manufacturer.
