The Autism Community Store accepts orders online via our website, by phone, fax, mail and email.  We accept purchase orders from schools, clinics, hospitals and government agencies.  Please contact us if you are experiencing any difficulty placing your order online or would like to set up an account.

Rates and Speed

To check the shipping rates for the items you would like to order:

1.  Add the products to your shopping cart.
2.  Type your zip code into the Shipping and Tax Estimator.

The shipping options and exact rates will appear on screen.

We will do everything within our power to ship your order the same day that it is placed. If your order is placed after business hours, we will ship your order on the next business day. Some products are shipped directly from the factory or are made to order. This will be indicated in the product description. Please allow 2-3 weeks for these products to arrive. Occassionally, we are not able to fulfill your entire order at the time you place it. If this occurs, we will contact you and send a partial shipment. Backordered items will ship to you as soon as we receive them and will not include additional shipping charges.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free for online orders of $75 delivered in the continental USA. Free shipping is not available for oversized items, as indicated on the individual products. UPS ground rates will apply to those items and can be viewed during checkout, prior to confirming your order. Supplements also ship for free via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping does not apply to probiotics that must be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The Autism Community Store will do its best to ship our products to anyone who needs them, wherever they live. If shipping to the country where you live is not available as an option at checkout, please contact us for shipping information. Please note that any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for informing themselves about any customs regulations or prohibitions regarding the products they are ordering. The Autism Community Store will send tracking information for your packages, but we cannot guarantee delivery.

 

TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE PROBIOTICS

The Autism Community Store follows manufacturer recommendations with regard to the shipping of probiotics. Probiotics that are temperature sensitive are shipped Monday through Wednesday only. We avoid shipping over weekends and holidays and do our best to ensure your probiotics arrive within 2 days. Short term exposure to heat is acceptable for the probiotics we sell. However, we include an ice pack at no additional charge as additional protection. While short term exposure to heat is acceptable, you may wish to consider expedited shipping in summer or to hot destinations. Customers who choose to have their products shipped otherwise agree to take full responsibility for the condition of the products they order.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

We want to make sure your products reach you! Orders shipped to schools, clinics and multi-unit residences will be shipped with a signature requirement. If you do not want your order shipped with a signature required, please note this in the comments box when you place your order.

 

SALES TAX

Colorado sales tax will be applied on sales to Colorado addresses. Denver and Denver RTD sales tax will be applied on sales where applicable. If you are a tax-exempt organization in Colorado, please email support@autismcommunitystore.com.
